I work with clients to help them find their centre in the storm and answer the question ‘how can I live well within this chaos?’

Are you sacrificing your well-being for a cause that feels bigger than you? It’s easy to feel like it’s the "right" thing to do, but how effective can you be when your nervous system is in overdrive and you’re running on empty?

The emotional load of this work often goes unnoticed, especially in a culture that glorifies endless productivity. When urgency and scarcity drive your work, slowing down can feel like failure. Resilience and repair work gives you a support system that enables you to navigate the complexity and emotional weight of mission-driven work.

All sorts of difficult life events can cause fault lines in us, that over time, when too much pressure is applied, begin to rupture. Our nervous system gets stuck in fight or flight, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, fragile, demotivated or distant from our sense of purpose. We often try to cover over these parts of ourselves and carry on, because it feels like there’s no space or time or place to rest and repair.

With resilience and repair coaching we gently investigate how this is showing up for you and where you are noticing disconnections in yourself and with others. Like the Japanese art of kintsugi that joins together broken pieces of pottery with tree sap and gold dust, embracing and nurturing our fracture lines can be transformative and deeply healing. We’ll look at the ways in which you can reconnect into a feeling of wholeness.

This kind of reconnection can be supported in multiple ways, by identifying old patterns that are no longer helpful, and developing news practices that can support you on a daily basis. This might look like practical ways to look after your nervous system, how to support yourself with nutrition and healthy movement, reconnecting to your purpose and value, as well as finding new ways to process and manage stress and difficult emotions.

You can book in for a free 45-minute discovery call where you can ask questions, experience the coaching process and get a better idea of how we might work together. It’s completely obligation-free and at the end of the call you can decide if you’d like to go any further.


If we’re a good fit, we’ll start by taking a snapshot of your current situation and design a coaching programme that meets your needs and budget.


A coaching programme usually consists of a minimum of six 60-minute sessions, during which you’ll develop a coherent vision of where you want coaching to take you and comprehensive goals to help you get there, along with personalized resources and practices to develop between sessions. I am also your coach between sessions, to hold you to account, celebrate your successes and encourage you when things feel tough.


While I see the most impact with clients who commit to medium-term coaching support (three to six months and sometimes longer) I also offer immediate one-off Rescue Sessions (90 minutes), for those who are unable to commit to a longer programme but need support right now.
