My coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently course-correct patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of urgency, depletion, or over-commitment. It’s a chance to slow down and listen—to what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention.

A standalone 90-minute coaching session for when you need a moment to reset, reflect, or make a decision from a grounded place. Come with whatever is going on for you and leave with a fresh perspective, clarity and renewed focus. Ideal if you're not looking for a longer commitment, but want to take a meaningful first step.

sliding scale coaching – for climate and justice organisers

Every 4–6 months, I offer two coaching spots (8 sessions each) for people doing frontline climate or social justice work. These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, with no need to explain your choice.

  • supported – free, for those with limited access to income or resources

  • sustaining – pay what feels manageable which helps keep this offer going
