My coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and gently course-correct patterns that keep you locked in cycles of urgency, depletion, over-commitment or self-doubt. It’s a chance to slow down and listen—to what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
I draw on a background in health and wellbeing coaching, alongside training in trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), embodiment practices, nature-based approaches and climate change coaching. These tools support nervous system regulation, clearer thinking and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I work with people who care deeply—about their work, their communities, their families. Many are mission-driven professionals, organisers, and activists carrying a heavy load. Some arrive seeking a new rhythm or direction; others are navigating burnout or trying to keep it at bay.

Work with me over multiple sessions to build the habits, insight, and inner steadiness that help you stay connected to your work and life without running on empty. This is for you if you need new ways to process chronic stress and cultivate self-trust, groundedness, and capacity.

A standalone 90-minute coaching session for when you need a moment to reset, reflect, or make a decision from a grounded place. Come with whatever is going on for you and leave with a fresh perspective, clarity and renewed focus. Ideal if you're not looking for a longer commitment, but want to take a meaningful first step.
sliding scale coaching – for climate and justice organisers
Every 4–6 months, I offer two coaching spots (8 sessions each) for people doing frontline climate or social justice work. These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, with no need to explain your choice.
supported – free, for those with limited access to income or resources
sustaining – pay what feels manageable which helps keep this offer going
