As your coach, I will be your guide and support, creating space and structure for you to explore what sustainable well-being looks like in your life. We’ll look at the full spectrum of holistic well-being to identify where your efforts will have the most impact, and design a pathway forward that is manageable, fun and makes sense for your life.

Clients seek my coaching not just for clarity and action, but to be truly heard, supported and challenged to make the kind of changes that will have lasting and positive effects on their lives.

Coaching not only helps you to change your behaviour in some way, it can help you gain new perspectives on old problems. It uses applied psychology to help you develop self-awareness around what’s not working for you and gives you the tools to start building new behaviours that improve your life and your relationships.

Great coaching isn’t about giving advice or prescribing quick fixes. Coaching is most effective when it highlights unconscious attitudes and beliefs that drive unhelpful behaviors, combined with an action-oriented approach that asks, 'Okay, what’s next?'

My approach might be a good fit if you’re looking to:

how one-t0-one

coaching works

I offer a free 45-minute discovery call to all new one-to-one clients so you can ask questions, experience the coaching process and get a better idea of how we might work together. It’s completely obligation-free and at the end of the call you can decide if you’d like to go any further.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll start by taking a snapshot of your current situation and design a coaching programme that meets your needs and budget.

Over the course of the coaching you’ll develop a coherent vision of where you want coaching to take you and comprehensive goals to help you get there, along with personalized resources and practices to develop between sessions. I am also your coach between sessions, to hold you to account, celebrate your successes and encourage you when things feel tough.

I have a preference for deeper work that fosters long-term change and so generally work with clients for a minimum of 6 sessions. If you are unable to commit to a programme of coaching, I also offer one-off reset sessions, to help kickstart your path forward. I believe this kind of support should be accessible to everyone and I am happy to discuss what is possible within your means.

my fees for 2024

● Online, as part of a coaching package: €70 per session (60 minutes)
● One-off reset coaching €90 per session (90 minutes)
